These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ajwa Tutors Global website and online tutoring services. By booking a demo or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Ajwa Tutors Global provides an online platform connecting students and parents with independent tutors for one-to-one educational support, including GCSE, A Level, IB and other curricula.
Submitting the Book Free Demo form creates an enquiry only and does not guarantee tutor availability. Our team will contact you to confirm requirements and arrange a suitable tutor and session time.
Lesson fees, packages and payment schedules will be confirmed before tutoring begins. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
Session cancellations must follow the notice period communicated at the time of booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as outlined in your service agreement.
All website content, branding and learning materials provided by Ajwa Tutors Global remain our property or that of our licensors. Materials must not be copied or distributed without permission.
While we carefully vet tutors and strive for excellent outcomes, Ajwa Tutors Global cannot guarantee specific academic results. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Ajwa Tutors Global is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued for tutoring services purchased through our platform.
Initial demo or trial sessions offered free of charge are not subject to payment and therefore do not require a refund.
If you purchase a block of lessons, unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund provided:
Individual lesson payments are refundable if cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.
If a tutor fails to attend a confirmed session without reasonable notice, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session at no additional cost.
If a session cannot proceed due to platform or connectivity issues on our side, we will reschedule the lesson or issue a credit. Refunds for technical failures are assessed case by case.
Administrative fees, third-party examination entry costs, and completed lessons are generally non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.
