2. Bookings & Demo Lessons
Submitting the Book Free Demo form creates an enquiry only and does not guarantee tutor availability. Our team will contact you to confirm requirements and arrange a suitable tutor and session time.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and academic information
- Ensure students attend sessions punctually and in a suitable learning environment
- Treat tutors and staff with respect at all times
- Not share login credentials or session links with unauthorised persons
4. Payments
Lesson fees, packages and payment schedules will be confirmed before tutoring begins. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellations

Ajwa Tutors Global is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued for tutoring services purchased through our platform.
1. Free Demo Lessons
Initial demo or trial sessions offered free of charge are not subject to payment and therefore do not require a refund.
2. Paid Lesson Packages
If you purchase a block of lessons, unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund provided:
- The request is made in writing within 14 days of purchase (for unused sessions only)
- No more than one paid lesson from the package has been completed
- The reason for cancellation is communicated to our support team
3. Single Session Payments
Individual lesson payments are refundable if cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.
4. Tutor Non-Attendance
If a tutor fails to attend a confirmed session without reasonable notice, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session at no additional cost.
5. Technical Issues
If a session cannot proceed due to platform or connectivity issues on our side, we will reschedule the lesson or issue a credit. Refunds for technical failures are assessed case by case.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Administrative fees, third-party examination entry costs, and completed lessons are generally non-refundable.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.
